Major topics covered are in-situ test methods for site characterization, design and quality control of earth structures and subgrades, pavement performance evaluation & management, State-of-the-Arts and State-of-the-Practices on bridge design, construction & maintenance, tunneling in soft ground, ground conditioning & modification. The overall theme of the GSP is innovative and sustainable use of geomaterials and geosystems and all papers address engineering challenges and their countermeasures of this theme.
