Abstract: This standard establishes the minimum performance and quality requirements for the storage, handling, and servicing of aviation fuels, lubricating oils, and hydraulic fluids at contractor owned/operated aircraft maintenance facilities.Intended Use: The purpose of this standard is to ensure government aircraft are provided specification fuel, lubricating oils, and hydraulic fluids at aircraft maintenance facilities where a US Government Contract is in force.
