Abstract: This specification contains requirements for the preparation of technical manual (TM) hand receipt (HR) publications, covering the line item entry for system/end item and the content of the applicable Components of End Item (COEI), Basic Issue Items (BII), and Additional Authorization List (AAL).Intended Use: The hand receipt publications prepared in accordance with this specification should provide overprinted DA Form 2062 hand receipts covering the line item entry for system/end item and the content of the applicable COEI, BII, and AAL. This eliminates the need for Army organizations to prepare hand receipts manually for sub-hand-receipting purposes.
